We ship to all cities and governorates within Egypt using Aramex courier service.
INTERNATIONAL:

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
EGYPT (Domestic):
- Express Shipping via Aramex: 1-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL (via DHL Express):
- UAE: 2-4 business days
- MENA Region: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing and local delivery conditions. All international orders include tracking.
4. Shipping Cost
EGYPT (Domestic):
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within Egypt.
INTERNATIONAL:
We offer flat-rate shipping to make international ordering simple and predictable:
- UAE: E£700
- MENA Region (Gulf, Levant, North Africa): E£850 - E£1,100
- Europe: E£1,400
- USA & Canada: E£1,700
- Australia & New Zealand: E£2,000
Flat rates cover standard clothing orders. For large or heavy orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are:
- NOT included in your order total
- The responsibility of the recipient (you)
- Collected by DHL or local customs before delivery
We ship using DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning customs duties are paid by the recipient at delivery. Duty rates vary by country and product type - typically 10-25% of the order value.
We cannot predict or control customs fees as they are set by each country's government.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment:
- Egypt orders: Aramex tracking
- International orders: DHL tracking at dhl.com
7. Delivery Issues

8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
For lost items, please reach out to us and we will help you track your order with the carrier.
