Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moxie Crew! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or makeup marks will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service:

Within 14 days of receiving your order, provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

EGYPT (Domestic):

  • Items can be picked up from your doorstep
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (UAE, MENA, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand):

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or similar)
  • Mark the package as "Returned Goods" for customs purposes
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties on returns
  • Original customs duties paid at delivery are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Place a new order for the desired item

For international customers, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order rather than an exchange, as this is faster.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

For international orders with damaged items, we may request you to return the item or provide detailed photos for assessment.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Sale or final sale items (if applicable)

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
